Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • in the same condition that you received it

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within several business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
